Selected interns day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Build web apps using NodeJS, Express, NextJS and a good understanding of HTML and CSS
2. Work with REST web services
3. Understand of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
4. Understand code versioning tools, such as Git is mandatory
5. Participate in the full lifecycle of the projects with particular emphasis on creating and enhancing UI components
6. Build unit test cases using frameworks like Jasmine or similar
7. Build reusable code and libraries for future use
8. Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
9. Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to the back- end
