At Zobyt, we work on a mix of client projects and products that involve emerging technologies. We are the creators behind hop23.xyz (a web3 lookup tool backed by ETHIndia grants) and stych.social (a platform to explore cities with like-minded people). The current technologies that we are working with are decentralized applications (DeFi, ENS, and other apps on EVM-compatible blockchains), backend technologies (RESTful APIs, SQL databases, Automation scripting), and algorithmic trading.
1. Writing solidity contracts for EVM-compatible blockchains
2. Testing existing smart contracts
3. Using ethers.js and SDKs of various protocols to automate certain interactions with multiple chains
4. Building simple proof-of-concept front-end interfaces around the smart contracts
5. Researching and reverse engineering working of various DApps and protocols
6. Contributing to our upcoming web3 tutorial series and newsletter
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
1. Knowledge of common cryptography concepts used in the web3 ecosystem
2. End-to-end knowledge about how DApps and blockchain work
3. Keen interest to learn new things every day and being up-to-date with the latest trends in the crypto space
Additional Information:
1. The working hours are flexible. We are a small team, so you'll be having frequent 1:1 meetings with the lead developer, but most of the work will happen asynchronously. So culture-wise, we are looking for people who are excited to learn new things, think creatively, are capable of self-learning, and have a 'getting things done' kind of attitude

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per impressive week).
