About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Engagement:
i. Manage employee engagement for NovaBenefits' clients through sessions, campaigns, etc.
ii. Compile campaign & event performance data and reports (Excel, Notion)
iii. Ensure the monthly planning of the wellness calendar is done properly
iv. Take up end-to-end execution of customized session requests
2. Operations:
i. Organize & execute online engagement events on the Nova platform
ii. Send campaigns on email marketing platforms & invites to clients
iii. Develop SOPs to make processes smooth and ensure that it is adopted in the team for great customer experiences
iv. Be responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly operations planning and execution with high ownership for the activity allotted
v. Ensure product line operations execution is end-to-end. Communicate with vendors, and coordinate with clients on a need basis
vi. Work on partnership reachouts
vii. Oversee the finance and invoicing for vendors
