Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable back-end implementation
2. Understand the existing architecture and contribute to enhancements
3. Work on debugging, source code analysis, and secure coding
4. Identify bugs and devise solutions to these problems
5. Work with REST APIs and databases which will be used in the website and mobile applications
