About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Counselling and guiding the Candidates who need your help in order to develop career and get a Job
2. Introduce them with the Products and Services (Job Training Programs)
3. Motivating and Guiding the Candidate to appear in the selection process for the Job Training Programs
4. Making sure to achieve the Counselling targets set by the Management in order to attain the commission, incentives, and bonuses.
5. Guiding them through the admission process -

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 4000 per counselling ).
