About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist students in choosing the right career paths based on their interests, strengths, and market trends.
2. Provide expert advice and guidance regarding management quota admissions in top colleges and universities across Karnataka.
3. Communicate effectively with prospective students and their parents through calls, emails, and chats to understand their educational aspirations and provide tailored advice.
4. Maintain accurate records of student interactions, preferences, and progress in the admission process.
5. Regularly follow up with students and their families to ensure timely application submissions and provide updates on admission status.
6. Stay updated on the latest trends in education and admissions to offer the most relevant and up-to-date guidance.

4. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to listen and understand student needs, good time management skills.

5. Technical skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office, Email, and virtual communication platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).

6. Personality: Motivated, proactive, and empathetic with a passion for helping students succeed.

7. Languages:

- English and Hindi are mandatory.

- Regional language: Malayalam/Tamil/Telugu/Kannada is required for effective communication with students.
