Accounting & Tally Work From Home Internship

Key Responsibilities:
a. Accounts Payable (AP):
1. Process invoices, expense reports, and payments in a timely and accurate manner.
2. Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
3. Maintain and update vendor records in the accounting system.
4. Prepare payment schedules and process vendor payments.

b. Accounts Receivable (AR):
1. Generate invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
2. Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collection.
3. Prepare and send account statements to customers.
4. Handle customer queries and resolve issues related to invoicing and payments.

c. Reconciliation:
1. Perform bank reconciliation and reconcile accounts monthly.
2. Review financial data and reconcile discrepancies in the general ledger.
3. Handle vendor reconciliation to ensure the accuracy of account balances.

d. Tally Operations:
1. Record all financial transactions in Tally accounting software.
2. Prepare financial reports and statements using Tally.
3. Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of financial records.

e. Other Responsibilities:
1. Assist with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and year-end audits.
2. Support in closing monthly financial statements.
3. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
4. Collaborate with internal departments to manage financial procedures.
