Accounting & Tally Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Create and send invoices to clients for services or products rendered, ensuring all necessary details are included such as invoice number, issue date, due date, client information, description of goods/services, quantity, price per unit, total amount due, payment terms, your business details, and payment methods.
2. Follow up with clients on pending payments, sending polite reminders if payments are not made by the due date.
3. Check in with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the services or products provided and offer assistance where needed.
4. Request feedback from clients to help improve your services or products.
5. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to foster good business relationships and explore opportunities for repeat business or future projects.
6. Track business expenses in an expenses ledger, recording details such as date, expense description, category, amount spent, payment method, and vendor information.
7. Use tools like email templates, QuickBooks, FreshBooks, Zoho, or CRM software like HubSpot or Salesforce to streamline invoicing and follow-up processes.
8. Maintain organized and accurate financial records to support tax reporting, budget planning, and financial management.
