Accounting & Taxation Work From Home Internship

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Taxation Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing tax compliance, planning, and reporting activities to ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and file GST, income tax, and other statutory tax returns accurately and on time.
2. Ensure compliance with Indian tax regulations and stay updated on changes in tax legislation.
3. Conduct tax research and provide guidance on tax implications of various transactions.
4. Assist in tax audits and respond to inquiries from tax authorities.
5. Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper tax treatment of transactions.
7. Maintain accurate records of tax-related documents and filings.
8. Support the finance team with budgeting and forecasting related to tax liabilities.

Qualifications:

1. A CA or other relevant certification (CMA, CS) is required.
2. Candidates currently enrolled in Intermediate or Final CA examinations are encouraged to apply.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of Indian tax laws, including GST and Income Tax.
4. Proficiency in tax software applications.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Excellent attention to detail and the capacity to work effectively under tight deadlines.
