Admission Counselor (Digital Marketing Courses) Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Maintain a constant communication channel with leads through phone, email, chat, and social media during the pre-and post-sales processes
2. Track and maintain a detailed database of all interactions with leads and provide constant feedback to the student experience manager to optimize lead closure
3. Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with students to foster trust and engagement
4. Effectively handle sales targets, ensuring they are met or exceeded consistently
5. Conduct demo classes with trainers daily to provide potential students with a firsthand experience of the course
6. Follow up with students after the demo class to address their queries, provide additional information, and ensure their satisfaction with the demo experience
7. Influence students to enroll in the course by showcasing its value, benefits, and long-term impact on their career
8. Actively participate in the development and implementation of strategies to improve the overall lead conversion rate
9. Coordinate with trainers and the student experience team to ensure seamless communication and a positive student journey
10. Continuously monitor feedback from students and trainers to improve demo sessions and the overall course experience
11. Stay updated on course offerings, new trends, and market demands to effectively address student needs and concerns
