Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. AI Video Generation: The core responsibility is using AI platforms (like Pictory, Synthesia, etc.) to turn podcast episodes into videos. This involves understanding how these tools work and using them effectively.

2. Visual Storytelling: They need to translate the audio into visuals. This means choosing appropriate images, animations, text, and other visual elements that match the story's mood and content.

3. Content Planning: They'll work with your team to plan the video content. This could involve creating storyboards or outlines to ensure the video aligns with the podcast episode.

4. Asset Management: They'll be responsible for organizing the visual assets used in the videos, such as images, music, and sound effects.

5. Quality Control: They need to ensure the final videos are high-quality, consistent with your brand, and meet technical requirements for YouTube.
