We are looking for a passionate and skilled AI/ML Intern to build a small-scale language model and apply it to analyze market news. The model will leverage market data and Google APIs to identify trends, extract insights, and support decision-making in the financial domain. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop a lightweight language model tailored for processing financial news.
2. Integrate the model with Google APIs (e.g., Google News, Google Cloud Natural Language API) for data ingestion and analysis.
3. Collect and preprocess relevant market data, including historical stock prices, news articles, and technical indicators.
4. Design and implement a decision-making framework to analyze news sentiment and its impact on market trends.
5. Optimize the model for efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
6. Conduct backtesting on historical data to validate model predictions and performance.
7. Document the development process, key findings, and recommendations.
