1. Strong AI and Machine Learning (ML) Fundamentals: In-depth understanding of AI and ML concepts, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning, as well as neural networks and deep learning architectures.
2. Experience with AI/ML Frameworks: Proficiency in using AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-Learn, and OpenCV for building and deploying models.
3. Programming Skills: Advanced skills in Python, with experience in using libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Matplotlib for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
4. Model Development and Optimization: Experience in developing, training, and optimizing AI/ML models, including hyperparameter tuning, model evaluation, and performance improvement techniques.
5. Integration with External Systems: Capability to integrate AI/ML models with external systems, including deploying models as APIs, working with cloud-based AI platforms, and integrating with existing applications.
6. Research and Innovation: A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest AI/ML research and trends, with the ability to experiment with new techniques and apply them to real-world problems.
7. Preferred: Experience with cloud-based AI platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Google AI, Azure AI) and familiarity with deploying models in a production environment.
