1. Bachelors degree in business administration or related field
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
3. Excellent organisational and time management abilities
4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
7. Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping processes a plus
8. Experience with CRM platforms preferred
