About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on managing daily deliverables as per client requirements
2. Work on providing research inputs to the operations team
3. Work on sharing Excel reports for various clients and formatting them as per their requirements
4. Work on the consolidation of reports and formatting them into a readable format
5. Manage end-to-end customer delivery via team/individually
6. Work on client calls, understand the criteria in-depth, and ensure timely deliveries
7. Work on quality checks of all the deliverables before sending them to clients
8. Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints
9. Provide proactive strategy with their assigned customer accounts
10. Develop and share best practices with team members to continually improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our processes
11. Maintain a revenue base by managing account retention and renewal
12. Create help centers for clients
13. Create videos on loom

Note: The working hours will be 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

1. Possess 0–1 year of experience in roles related to operations.

2. The candidate should have their own system/laptop and access to the internet.

3. Proficiency with MS Office and MS Excel.

4. Possess strong phone, written, and verbal communication skills with excellent presentation skills.

5. A confident, high-energy, self-motivated, and true team player will be preferred.

6. Demonstrated ability and desire to work and excel in a fast-paced environment

7. Be an excellent multitasker and a quick learner.

8. Understanding of internet and web applications with a desire to learn new technologies.

9. Candidates with B.Com., BBA, B.A., and Excel skills will be preferred.

10. Candidates from tier 1, 2, and 3 cities will be preferred.
