About the work from home job/internship

We are seeking a motivated and creative brand manager in creative video content to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to develop and execute innovative ideas for reels and short-form video content. The ideal candidate should have a passion for storytelling, strong scriptwriting skills, and a keen interest in digital marketing and social media.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Brainstorm and contribute creative concepts and ideas for reels and short-form videos that align with brand strategy and resonate with our target audience
2. Assist in writing scripts and developing storyboards for video content, ensuring clarity, creativity, and adherence to brand guidelines
3. Collaborate closely with video editors, graphic designers, and other team members to bring video projects from concept to completion
4. Stay updated on emerging trends in social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook) and content formats to optimize content for engagement
5. Support in managing production timelines, schedules, and resources to ensure timely delivery of video projects
6. Assist in analyzing performance metrics and audience feedback to refine content strategies and improve engagement

Other requirements

1. Candidates currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in film, media studies, communications, marketing, or a related field will be preferred. Recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.

2. Strong passion for creative storytelling and digital content creation, with a portfolio showcasing scriptwriting and/or video production skills.

3. Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.

5. Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment.

6. Knowledge of social media platforms and understanding of content trends and best practices.
