1. Excellent communication & persuasion skills: Ability to clearly convey the value of the program, address objections confidently, and build trust with potential mentees.
2. Experience in high-ticket sales: Prior experience selling professional training, coaching, or mentoring programs is a plus. Understanding how to nurture leads for high-value conversions is key.
3. Strong networking & outreach skills: Proactively engage with engineers, industry professionals, and LinkedIn communities to generate interest and expand reach.
4. Digital marketing knowledge: Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing, email campaigns, and WhatsApp engagement to attract and convert leads effectively.
5. Self-motivated & goal-oriented: Ability to work independently, set targets, and consistently achieve sales milestones.
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (15% of revenue generated).
