About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
2. Process customer orders and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
3. Stay updated on product quality, availability, and pricing for effective customer engagement.
4. Educate clients on the unique benefits of freshly harvested mushrooms and other products.
5. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities.
6. Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly sales plans to meet targets.
7. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions in line with company policies.
8. Collaborate with warehouse and supply chain teams for inventory updates.
9. Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotions and campaigns.
10. Provide after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
11. Prepare and submit sales activity reports with performance insights and feedback.
12. Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections from customers.
13. Visit farms, warehouses, or clients when necessary to understand needs and processes.
14. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with export and legal regulations.
15. Monitor competitor activity and suggest strategies for staying ahead in the market.

Ability to build relationships with international clients and adapt to diverse cultures.

Familiarity with logistics, incoterms, and international shipping processes.

Experience using CRM tools and trade platforms like Alibaba or TradeIndia.

Strategic mindset to identify new markets and growth opportunities.

Readiness for international travel for trade shows and client visits.

Strong negotiation skills to close deals with global buyers and partners.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 10000 per sales).
