About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identify and reach out to potential customers through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
2. Maintain a deep understanding of the company's offerings to effectively address customer inquiries and demonstrate value.
3. Deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of products or services.
4. Engage in discussions to address client concerns, negotiate terms, and finalize sales agreements.
5. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
6. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.
7. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prepare reports, and manage customer accounts.

Other requirements

1. Strong negotiation and communication abilities.

2. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5. Knowledge: In-depth understanding of travel products, services, and market dynamics.

6. Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years as a sales representative within the travel industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

7. Education: Graduate in business, marketing, tourism, or a related field.

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (1% of deal closure).

1. The incentive amount and percentage will be reviewed based on the candidate's performance and experience.
