As we expand our reach, we're looking for a passionate Business Development Executive to help grow our network and drive our mission to make the UAE fitter and more connected through sports.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with coaches, venues, and sports organizations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to implement strategies that increase platform usage.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential leads.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and closing deals with key partners.
- Help expand Rally's presence across the UAE by working closely with external stakeholders and internal teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (preferably within the sports, tech, or startup sectors).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for sports and fitness is a plus.
