About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities:
1. Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, Apollo.io, and other databases
2. Craft personalized cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and follow-ups to generate interest
3. Assist in preparing sales decks and proposals and participate in client calls
4. Maintain lead data, track interactions, and update the sales pipeline in HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Zoho
5. Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and potential business opportunities
6. Work closely with marketing and tech teams to align sales efforts with business offerings
7. Track key metrics like response rates, meeting conversions, and revenue impact
Requirements:
1. Pursuing or completed a degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field
2. Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to craft compelling emails and messages
3. Comfortable using LinkedIn, Google Suite, CRM tools, and sales automation platforms
4. Ability to research industries, analyze competitors, and spot trends
5. Proactive, goal-oriented, and eager to learn about IT sales
6. Any experience in cold emailing, SaaS/IT sales, or prior internship in business development is a bonus

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per 20 quality intro calls arranged).
