As a business development (sales) intern at Digi Monk, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced digital marketing agency. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth through various sales and marketing initiatives.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for business expansion
2. Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue targets
3. Utilize MS Excel to track and analyze sales data, identify trends, and generate reports
4. Support the email marketing team in creating engaging campaigns and monitoring performance metrics
5. Communicate with clients and prospects through email, phone, and in-person meetings to build relationships and close deals
6. Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
7. Collaborate with the sales team to brainstorm and implement creative ideas to drive business growth

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2000 per sale).
