About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:


1. Sales Target Achievement: Meeting monthly sales targets.
2. Sales Planning: Support the development and implementation of sales plans and strategies to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
3. Cold Calling: Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to generate leads and schedule meetings for Demo / Pre-Sales .
4. Deal Closure: Lead the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, including preparing leads, sales pitch, negotiating terms, and finalizing sales.
5. Customer Relationship Management.
6. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new industry trends and competitive analysis.
7. Sales Reporting: Preparing sales reports, and analyzing sales data.
8. Lead Nurturing: Engage in lead nurturing through offline and online channels, including email marketing, social media, phone calls, and face-to-face meetings.

Other requirements

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

2. Strong interest in sales and a desire to pursue a career in enterprise sales.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.

5. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is a plus.

7. Hands-on experience in enterprise sales with exposure to various aspects of the sales process.

Additional information

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 200000 to 400000 /year

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per sale).
