About the work from home job/internship

We are looking for remote interns to support our real estate financing division, with each intern focusing on a specific geography. This internship will focus on lead generation, market research, and client outreach, helping us connect with real estate developers across India.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Lead generation & market scoping
Research and identify real estate developers seeking funding in the assigned geography.
Build a database of potential clients and lenders.

2. Client outreach
Engage with developers via WhatsApp, email, and tele-calling.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the senior team.
Maintain communication logs and follow-ups.

3. Market research & competitive analysis
Study funding options available for developers in the assigned geography.
Identify key industry players.

Geographical focus areas (1 intern per region):
We are looking for one intern per city/region to cater to the following markets:
1. Mumbai
2. Delhi NCR
3. Bengaluru
4. Hyderabad
5. Chennai
6. Pune
7. Jaipur & Kota
8. Ahmedabad & Surat
9. Uttar Pradesh (Lucknow, Noida, Kanpur, etc.)
10. Kolkata

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per mandate and financial document received).
