About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conducting outreach to potential clients through email, phone calls, and social media to initiate contact and introduce ISTK Minute Verify's services
2. Engaging in initial conversations with prospective clients to understand their needs and explain the benefits of our background verification solutions
3. Qualifying leads by assessing their suitability for our services and recording essential details in the CRM system
4. Scheduling proposal meetings for interested clients and coordinating with team members to ensure a smooth handover
5. Assisting in the preparation of meeting materials, presentations, and follow-up documentation for client interactions
6. Collaborating with company founders to optimize client engagement strategies and develop effective outreach campaigns
7. Tracking outreach metrics and providing regular updates on lead progress and engagement outcomes

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per sale).
