As a field sales intern at Karmdhan Consulting, you will have the opportunity to work closely within your area to improve and enhance the businesses of people around you. Your role will involve utilizing your expertise in MS-Excel and MS-Word to reach out to local businesses and apprise them of various services that we at Karmdhan offer them.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in building and updating databases of prospective client details
2. Collaborating with local businesses to make them aware of the shortfalls of their businesses and giving them solutions on how they can improve their business performance
3. Closing sales with businesses after sharing the details of the benefits that they will accrue by collaborating with Karmdhan Consulting
4. Supporting in generating reports and analyzing data for decision-making purposes
5. Creating, managing, and organizing data of all the businesses in your area
6. Managing relationships with clients who are interested in availing the services
7. Getting in touch with businesses that are undecided and educating them more about the benefits of our services

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per sale).
