As an integral part of our sales team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales operations, CRM management, effective communication, system administration, copywriting, HRIS, digital marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and more. 1. Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients.
2. Managing CRM and sales operations.
3. Develop and implement effective communication strategies with clients.
4. Assist in system administration tasks and database management.
5. Support copywriting efforts for marketing materials and campaigns.
6. Assist in HRIS management and employee data maintenance.
7. Contribute to digital marketing efforts including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
8. Conduct cold calling, warm calling, and follow-up calls to generate leads and convert prospects into clients. Set up appointments with coaches.
9. Close sales by effectively communicating the value of our programs and services.
10. Oversee the scheduling and setup of coaching sessions.
11. Address technical issues and supervise sessions, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
12. Act as Executive Assistant to provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, client engagement, and operational efficiency.

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (5% of each close).
