We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for lead generation, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, have strong lead generation skills, and possess excellent communication and deal-
closing abilities.
1. Lead generation through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.
2. Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
4. Present and promote Linionic's products and services to prospective clients.
5. Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations to explain the benefits of our offerings.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement sales and lead generation strategies.
7. Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding revenue and lead targets.
8. Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies.
9. Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to the management team.
10. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand Linionic's presence.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in business development, sales, and lead generation.
3. Strong understanding of lead generation techniques, including cold calling, social media outreach, and email marketing.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. A goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets and growing the business.
8. Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
9. Knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation tools, and sales automation platforms.
10. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 500000 to 900000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 200 per sale).
