Business Development (Sales) Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM: Planning & Content Posting
Check messages, comments, and DMs on Facebook & Instagram.
Plan & schedule posts/stories for promotions, offers, and product highlights.
Post engaging content (reels, images, product videos) based on the social media calendar.

2. 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Lead Generation & Engagement
Identify potential customers via Facebook & Instagram groups, pages, and ads.
Engage with followers through comments, reactions, and replies to build relationships.
Run or optimize paid ads to generate leads for product sales.

3. 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Sales Follow-ups & CRM Updates
Call or message potential customers who inquired about products.
Follow up with leads from previous days and track responses.
Update lead details in CRM or sales tracker.

1:00 PM - 2:00 PM: Lunch Break

4. 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM: Customer Support & Order Processing
Respond to queries about pricing, availability, and delivery.
Process new orders, coordinate with the logistics team, and confirm payments.
Resolve complaints or refund/exchange requests.

5. 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Influencer & Collaboration Outreach
Connect with influencers for product promotions.
Discuss collaboration terms and plan content.
Track ongoing influencer campaigns.

6. 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM: Social Media Analytics & Strategy Review
Check ad performance, engagement rates, and reach metrics.
Adjust social media strategy based on insights.
Plan improvements for the next day's sales approach.

7. 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM: Final Sales Push & Wrap-Up
Send last-minute follow-ups and promotional messages.
Conduct a small giveaway or discount announcement for engagement.
Summarize daily sales & engagement report.

End of the Day Checklist:
