We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Enterprise Sales Manager to drive large-scale sales efforts and acquire high-value enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of closing complex deals, building strategic relationships, and driving business growth through tailored sales strategies.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve enterprise sales targets and expand market share.
Identify, prioritize, and engage high-value enterprise prospects, focusing on large-scale opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations, ensuring long-term partnerships.
Lead complex sales negotiations, crafting customized proposals that meet client needs and align with company objectives.
Collaborate withinternal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to ensure successful deal implementation and client satisfaction.
Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and stay ahead in the industry.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for growth.

Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of closing large, complex deals.
Strong understanding of the enterprise sales cycle andexperience working with large organizations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and translate them into actionable sales strategies.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, opportunities, and sales performance.
