We are looking for a motivated and driven Sales Trainee to support our large-scale sales initiatives and assist in securing high-value clients. The ideal candidate will have the potential to develop skills in closing complex deals, establishing strategic relationships, and contributing to business growth through customized sales approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet sales goals and grow market share.
Help identify and prioritize key prospects, focusing on large-scale opportunities.
Support the cultivation and maintenance of strong relationships with decision-makers within target organizations to ensure lasting partnerships.
Participate in negotiations for complex sales deals, contributing to the creation of proposals tailored to client needs and aligned with company objectives.
Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to ensure seamless execution of deals and high levels of client satisfaction.
Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to assist in adjusting sales strategies and maintaining a competitive advantage.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience or relevant coursework in sales or a related field, with an interest in closing large, intricate deals.
Basic understanding of the sales process and familiarity with working with large organizations.
Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship management.
