As a business development (sales) intern at Mind Access Academy, you will have the opportunity to hone your English proficiency skills, both spoken and written, while gaining valuable experience in sales and business development. You will work closely with our team to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and drive revenue growth for the company. Your role will be crucial in helping us expand our reach and achieve our sales targets.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in prospecting and qualifying leads
2. Conducting market research to identify potential clients and industries
3. Supporting the sales team in creating and delivering sales presentations
4. Helping develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
5. Maintaining accurate records of sales activities in MS-Excel
6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
7. Providing regular updates on sales performance and contributing to team meetings and brainstorming sessions
8. Traveling to meet with clients and partners for delivering sales presentations
9. Developing and presenting proposals to prospective clients
10. Negotiating contracts and closing deals
Following a successful internship, we will consider offering you a permanent position with a salary ranging from 24k to 60k, depending on your role and contributions. Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per sale).
