About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Respond to inbound messages and inquiries across social media and other digital platforms in a timely and professional manner.
2. Categorize and prioritize incoming messages to ensure efficient follow-ups and streamlined communication.
3. Monitor social media interactions, identify potential customers, and engage with them to generate leads.
4. Proactively connect with prospective clients, addressing inquiries and providing relevant information about our services.
5. Accurately record customer details and maintain organized lead databases for the senior sales team.
6. Assist with customer queries, bookings, and follow-ups, ensuring seamless support during UK working hours.
7. Maintain records of interactions, track lead progress, and provide regular reports to the sales team.
