1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
2. Proven experience in recruitment, ideally in a consulting or staffing firm.
3. Experience in business development, client management, or sales is highly desirable.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client and candidate relationships.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects and business leads simultaneously.
6. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
7. Proficiency in using recruitment software, ATS systems, and professional networking tools such as LinkedIn.
8. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
