Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and businesses that require apparel manufacturing services, focusing on bulk orders and sustainable production.
2. Client Outreach: Reach out to leads via emails, calls, and social media platforms to present Project Ares' offerings.
3. Pitching Services: Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, emphasizing the quality, customization, and ethical manufacturing practices of Project Ares.
4. Follow-Ups: Maintain consistent communication with potential clients to address queries and nurture relationships until closure.
5. Market Research: Conduct research to identify emerging markets, industries, and trends to target new opportunities.
6. CRM Management: Update and manage leads, interactions, and follow-ups using customer relationship management tools or spreadsheets.
7. Client Closing: Negotiate terms, finalize deals, and ensure seamless handover to the operations team for order execution.
8. Reporting: Provide daily or weekly updates on progress, challenges, and potential leads.
Note: Interns earn a 10% commission per successfully closed lead, with no cap on their potential earnings, making this a performance-driven and flexible opportunity.
