About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Update and maintain HubSpot CRM with detailed information on incoming sales calls.
2. Follow up on leads and schedule client visits to the co-working center.
3. Prepare a daily summary of follow-up tasks and priority actions for the founder.
4. Create digital content, including posts and reels, for marketing purposes.
5. Assist with social media strategy and campaign execution to boost the brand's online presence.
6. Collaborate closely with the founder on operational systems and strategic projects.
7. Compile and analyze data from HubSpot CRM and digital marketing efforts for actionable insights.
8. Provide administrative support to ensure efficient sales and marketing operations.
9. Handle additional ad hoc tasks to support overall business development initiatives.
10. Maintain clear and timely communication with team members regarding task updates.

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2000 per sale).
