As a business development (sales) intern at Refresh Kid LLC, you will have the opportunity to use your expertise in SEO, Facebook Marketing, Instagram Marketing, Email Marketing, and Social Media Marketing to help drive the growth of our business. Your proficiency in spoken and written English will be crucial in communicating with clients and creating impactful marketing materials.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conducting market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth
2. Developing and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement on social media platforms
3. Assisting in creating and executing email marketing campaigns to reach target audiences effectively
4. Collaborating with the sales team to generate leads and convert them into customers
5. Monitoring and analyzing website traffic and social media metrics to optimize marketing efforts
6. Generating reports to track the success of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions
7. Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our marketing strategies

1. Minimum assured and high potential to earn up to ₹30,000 per month, with significant potential to convert additional sales

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per sale).
