About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Generating leads and securing business opportunities for refurbished laptops across Delhi, Mumbai and Gurgaon.
2. Using LinkedIn to build connections and network with startup founders, decision-makers, and incubator managers to pitch ReUpyog's solutions.
3. Writing and sending persuasive cold emails to startups, explaining the value of refurbished laptops and the ReUpyog offering.
4. Conducting research to build databases of startups, coworking spaces, and incubators, especially those operating in Delhi-NCR, and identifying potential customers.
5. Collaborating with educational institutions or student groups to offer laptops tailored to their needs and budget.
6. Taking ownership of every lead from initial contact to closing the deal with complete accountability.
7. Suggesting and implementing innovative ideas for business development to unlock new opportunities.
8. Maintaining consistent communication with potential clients via email, LinkedIn, or phone calls, as required, to convert leads into customers.
9. Reporting progress regularly to the ReUpyog team, with a focus on numbers and outcomes.

1. Prior experience in business development, sales, or B2B outreach is highly preferred.

2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to confidently interact with potential clients.

4. Good research skills to identify and tap into new markets and client segments.

5. A proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives on achieving targets and solving challenges.

6. Accountability and ownership of work are non-negotiable.

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (10% of revenue generated from each sale).
