About the work from home job/internship
We are looking for a Business Development Intern who will help grow Shiplee by identifying new business opportunities, establishing relationships with prospective clients, and contributing to our overall business development strategy.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identify and reach out to potential clients, including e-commerce sellers, retailers, and small businesses that could benefit from Shiplee's services.
2. Conduct market research to identify trends, client needs, and opportunities in the logistics and shipping industry.
3. Assist in preparing sales presentations and pitching Shiplee's services to prospective clients.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for client acquisition and brand promotion.
5. Help build and maintain relationships with current and potential clients through follow-ups, networking, and communication.
6. Contribute to business development efforts by preparing sales reports, client feedback documentation, and insights on growth opportunities.

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 400000 to 700000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (2% of total client revenue of first week).
