About the work from home job/internship

Shiplee.ai is looking for an experienced sales & business development intern who has worked with logistics companies, courier aggregators, or e-commerce shipping platforms. Your role will be to onboard sellers, convert potential clients, and grow our logistics network through cold calling, lead generation, and seller onboarding.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct cold calling and sales outreach to e-commerce sellers and businesses using Shiprocket, NimbusPost, Pickrr, Delhivery, DTDC, Xpressbees, etc.
2. Pitch Shiplee.ai's shipping solutions, including lower shipping rates, better RTO handling, and faster delivery
3. Convert sellers and register them on the platform
4. Assist in seller onboarding and KYC process by guiding them through sign-up and verification
5. Help sellers set up their first shipment and navigate Shiplee's dashboard
6. Build long-term relationships and handle objections effectively
7. Maintain a sales pipeline in CRM (HubSpot/Zoho/Excel) and track progress
8. Follow up regularly with interested sellers and close deals
9. Provide weekly reports on call success and conversion rates
10. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify high-potential D2C brands, Instagram/WhatsApp sellers, and Shopify stores
11. Research logistics industry trends and analyze competitors' weaknesses
12. Suggest new sales strategies based on seller feedback

Other requirements

1. Prior experience in logistics/e-commerce sales: Worked in Shiprocket, NimbusPost, Pickrr, Delhivery, etc.

2. Cold calling & B2B sales: Confident in making calls & pitching effectively

3. Fluent in English & Hindi (bonus for regional language proficiency)

4. Deep understanding of courier aggregators, COD shipping, and RTO handling
