This is a full-time on-site role as an Inside Sales Intern located in Mumbai. As an Inside Sales Intern at Supreme hr, you will play a crucial role in setting up CRM systems, researching clients, prospecting through LinkedIn and other platforms, and reaching out to HR professionals and founders to check for hiring requirements.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Proactively reaching out to potential customers and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
2. Conducting client research and setting up CRM systems.
3. Prospecting through LinkedIn and other platforms to identify hiring needs.
4. Coordinating with B2B vendors and drafting presentations for potential clients.
5. Understanding customer needs and providing relevant information about Supreme HR offerings.
6. Managing inside sales.
7. Communicating with customers.
8. Generating and converting leads.
9. Coordinating with B2B vendors.
10. Drafting presentations.
Requirements:
1. Strong communication and customer service skills.
2. Inside sales and lead generation skills.
3. Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions.
4. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
5. Experience working in sales or customer service roles is a plus.
6. Self-motivated and target-driven.
7. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
