Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conducting market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
2. Assisting in creating sales strategies and developing innovative approaches to reach target markets.
3. Collaborating with the sales team to generate leads, pitch products or services, and close deals.
4. Communicating effectively with clients and prospects through written proposals, emails, and phone calls.
5. Supporting the development of marketing materials and campaigns to promote products and services.
6. Tracking and analyzing sales data to provide insights for improving sales performance.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (10% of per conversion).
The Handiman Craft is a handy craft seller who sell their product on E-commerce channels. THC is also a manufacturer and retailer.
