We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Business Development Interns for a duration of 2 months. This internship will provide hands-on experience in business development and sales, with a focus on call handling and counseling sessions.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identifying new customers for the services provided
2. Understanding the prospective customer's business workflow and positioning appropriate solutions for customers
3. Developing new customer acquisition strategies
4. Preparing and sharing MIS reports
Phases:
1. Classroom Training (CRT): 7 days of theoretical knowledge.
2. On-the-Job Training (OJT): 6 weeks of practical experience.
3. Offer: Upon successfully completing the internship, candidates will be offered a full-time position with a package of 8 LPA (5 + 8).
4. Start Date: Within a week
