About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Research and identify potential clients for performance marketing, SEO, and web development services.
2. Make cold calls, emails, and other outreach methods to approach potential clients.
3. Build relationships and engage with leads to convert them into clients.
4. Prepare and present proposals to potential clients and address their questions or concerns.
5. Work closely with the delivery department to ensure a smooth transition after the sales conversion.
6. Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction until the delivery team takes over.
7. Compile and present regular reports on outreach activities, conversion rates, and client feedback to management.
8. Maintain top-notch communication skills in both English and Hindi (optional) to interact with a diverse set of clients.
9. Collaborate with internal teams for continuous improvement in service delivery and client satisfaction.

Other requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in sales, business development, or client management, preferably in a marketing agency.

5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while working from home.

6. Occasionally, be available to visit the office for meetings or client discussions.

7. Preference will be given to women aged 26 and above.

Additional information

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 400000 to 900000 /year

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (30% of the first month's revenue from a new client).
