As a business development (sales) intern at Trapis, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Your role will involve working closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients
2. Conduct market research to gather insights on industry trends and competitor activities
3. Support in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets
4. Sell courses using the leads data provided and maintain a record of all the communications
5. Communicate effectively with clients and prospects to build strong relationships
6. Utilize MS Excel to track sales data, analyze performance metrics, and generate reports
7. Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in business development

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (10% of sale).
