Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Creating and implementing innovative marketing strategies to promote True Nourish products to peers
2. Developing and maintaining relationships with student organizations, clubs, and influencers to increase brand awareness
3. Organizing and hosting engaging events, demos, and tastings to showcase products and attract new customers
4. Utilizing social media platforms to drive sales and engagement among students
5. Providing feedback and insights on market trends, customer preferences, and competition
6. Collaborating with the marketing team to brainstorm new ideas and initiatives
7. Representing True Nourish with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 400000 to 900000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (10% of revenue generated ).
