Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our recruitment firm. The BD will be responsible for acquiring new clients, growing business relationships, and driving revenue by offering recruitment and staffing solutions tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Lead Generation:
Identify potential clients through market research, cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
Generate and qualify leads for recruitment and staffing services.

Sales & Revenue Growth:
Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets.
Prepare proposals, present services, and negotiate contracts with clients.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and requirements.

Market & Industry Research:
Stay updated on recruitment trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.

Coordination with Recruitment Team:
Work closely with recruiters to ensure timely delivery of quality candidates to meet client needs.
Provide clear job descriptions and hiring requirements to the recruitment team.

Networking & Brand Building:
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and grow the client base.

Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management in recruitment or staffing industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of recruitment and staffing processes is a plus.
