Geo Attendance is a comprehensive SaaS-based attendance management system developed by VIVO Professional Services Private Limited(Since 2010), designed to track employee time and attendance and monitor field force activities to improve and enhance overall operational efficiency and productivity.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, and qualify leads.
2. Draft and tweak calling scripts as per ideal customer profile.
3. Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling.
4. Setting up face-to-face meetings between potential customers and Sales
5. Building a network of B2B clients, scouting, nurturing relationships.
6. Use virtual meetings to build relationships with new customers.
7. Follow up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers.
8. Coordinate with sales teams to ensure company quotas and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring.
9. Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.
10. Prepare professional, complete, concise and accurate reporting clearly highlighting the stats on various metrics, tasks and activities.

4. Must have effective communication skills, personal planning skills, networking skills, high levels of customer orientation.

4. Should be a team player, and should be able to seamlessly collaborate with technology, operations and marketing teams.

5. Comfortable in working and collaborating with senior-level executives.

6. Proficient in advanced MS Word skills & proficient in other Microsoft Suite of applications i.e. PowerPoint, and Excel

Additional information

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 200000 to 300000 /year

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per sale).
