About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identify and target potential clients through various channels including cold calling, networking, social media, and referrals.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
3. Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and sales targets.
4. Develop proposals and presentations to effectively communicate the value of our staffing services to potential clients.
5. Negotiate contract terms, conditions, and pricing with clients.
6. Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure a clear understanding of client requirements and deliver quality staffing solutions.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
