Business Growth Work From Home Internship

Experience Co. is hiring fantastic growth professionals to work with our super cool business team. As part of the team, your role primarily would be in managing, ideating, optimizing & executing business sales processes. If you love using numbers to make decisions, build processes and help scale a cool brand, this is for you.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Communicating with upper management to develop strategic business goals
2. Working end-to-end on business processes, optimizing funnel strategies, creating action plans, and testing ways to do things better consistently
3. Helping creators understand the impact we create through consultative calls and solving their queries
4. Managing processes to ensure the residents attending the edition can easily interact with the team
5. Coordinating with the ops team to help them create a smooth experience at the editions
6. Coordinating with the social team to build a social media strategy based on data
7. Assisting the sales team with back-end work on a daily basis and supporting them where ever required
